There is no innovation without responsibility.

There is no responsible or trustworthy AI without ethics.

This toolbox aims to build an independent community to bring together AI ethicists around the globe and empower them, for more responsible AI development, in practice.

In my journey as an AI ethicist, some wheels need(ed) to be invented. This toolbox aims to to share diverse ways how to become an AI ethicists and how to embody this practice in real-life, however not through an easy checkbox. It will share challenges, unresolved questions, potential pathways, Sci-fi stories, but foremost approaches you can apply in your daily work. It is based on tons of conversations with experts in the field and my own experience.

We share for those who are or want to become AI Ethicists themselves, or are looking for tools and handles to do so. It is an exploration, no true answers are given, but hopefully it lightens the journey by sharing what others already have learned and discovered with a spark of joy.
